Due to my health problems I have to attend the surgery on a fairly regular basis and I feel the service they offer is excellent and the staff are really helpful even though they can be under pressure. I never have a problem with getting an appointment so all in all keep up the excellent service.

The surgery is clean, the staff helpful and the appointments readily available. However, it took five appointments with a nurse practicioner and three different doctors over the course of several years to eventually refer me to a dermatologist who immediately diagnosed me with a form of skin cancer. I just don't understand why such a common complaint wasn't diagnosed sooner.

I have so many good points to mention! Firstly I can always get an appointment swiftly, no waiting days for an appointment (in fact they are so good with appointments, I wonder how they do it!?). Receptionist staff are friendly, sympathetic and helpful, and there no rotweiller telephone receptionists at this GP! Also, I work in London, so they have fantastic early morning and late evening opening hours to cater for everybody's needs as well as providing emergency treatment at weekends. Always been fantastic booking appointments when my twin boys were young and poorly! Also supported me incredibly through my fertility treatments - not many GPS would have done that! I will always be grateful to Dr Bajen and his team for helping me and supporting me through every aspect of my health/life event issues! 100% brilliant surgery!!!!!!

I am very grateful for the help and treatment I have received. Since I had a major stroke and several seizures. The job you do is very important.
